It is an emulsion acrylic adhesive engineered to give excellent initial tack without building in adhesion over time. GPR adhesive has performed successfully on copy paper, recycled corrugated, LDPE, HDPE, glass, painted metal, and other substrates. This adhesive passes oral toxicity, dermal and eye irritation, CONEG, heavy metal testing, California Proposition 65, and is appropriate for indirect food contact. The minimum application temperature is 40 deg. F with a service range of –40 to 200 deg. F. GPR adhesive is an excellent option for converters who have had problems with end users concerning adhesive residue, labels becoming permanent, or labels that do not adhere strongly enough to the substrate. GPR adhesive is currently being offered Trimless from the Troy, Ohio facility on the following facestocks: 60# Semi Gloss, 45# CTT, 2.3 mil TC White Polypropylene, and 3.0 mil TC Matte Polypropylene.
