Facestock: TIGHT 3.2 mil ScanTherm-Poly™ Plus

Designed with a tight release system to reduce label lift from the liner, this product is ideal for winding labels onto small cores (i.e. 1"), or converting small or intricate die cut patterns. The face is a biaxially-oriented, multi-layer polypropylene film with a high sensitivity thermal coating offering superb environmental resistance to moisture, oils, and other agents. Initial activation temperature (0.2 ODU) is 175 degrees F.

Adhesive: B-92

An aggressive general-purpose removable adhesive with medium initial tack. It will act as a permanent on smooth surfaces over long time periods or when used with paper facestocks.

Release Liner: 40# SCK	A bleached, supercalendered kraft liner featuring excellent die cutting and stripping characteristics. Recommended for use in roll-to-roll applications.
